Rachel is a recent ASU graduate who has fallen in love with the campus that she (back in high school) promised she'd never go to. She is a huge advocate for genuine, raw community because that kind of community changed her life in college. If you ever do something that involves nature, camping, or adrenaline rushes, sign her up! She loves sharing life with others and seeing people grow to their full, God-given potential.

Caleb grew up in Idaho and came to Arizona for college, where his roommate invited him to XA. While there, he began to see how God could transform lives and use students to influence every area of society. After graduating with a BS in Psychology and a minor in Religious Studies, he decided to dedicate his life to raising up men of God on the college campus. He loves serving people and walking through life side-by-side with them as they seek Jesus together. He enjoys playing all sports, especially soccer, and using his tools to build things for his family.

Oneida is a second generation Taiwanese who grew up in the Phoenix area, where God dramatically transformed her life at the age of 13. In college, her only Christian friend invited her to Chi Alpha, where she found her passion for raising up disciples, overseas missions, and seeing God’s Word applied to everyday life. She loves asking people questions and finding out who they are deep in their soul. If you dropped by her house, you’d probably find her reading a book, doing something creative with her daughters, or solving a NYT Sunday crossword puzzle.
